Cargo convoying

The department of cargo security protection and convoying of the Security Companies Association “BEZPEKA NOVA” was formed out of the professionally instructed security officers, who had completed obligatory training. Cargo convoying is maintained throughout Ukraine.
To protect long-distance cargo the company provides necessary quantity of guards equipped with communication and defence facilities, going in the transportation vehicle or in the follow-me vehicle. At the route, between the mobile object and Central Surveillance Console the radio and mobile communications are provided. The appropriate traffic plan related to each route is developed. It indicates such places as: safe resort areas, traffic police checkpoints, petrol stations, service stations, medical aid posts etc.
Before the security agency has taken up the cargo for protection, it is thoroughly investigated, compared with accompanying documents, packed and sealed in the presence of security officers.

In case the cargo is transported by motor vehicle, the personnel of the Security Companies Association “BEZPEKA NOVA” together with the customer determine the required number of cargo escort officers and decide upon the quantity of vehicles (with or without escort). When the cargo is taken for protection, the integrity of the vehicle curtain and sides are checked additionally, special attention being given to the definition of seal impression.
In case the cargo is transported by train, the departure date, train number and nature of cargo must be known only to a limited number of persons. The personnel of the security company together with the customer determine the type of wagon for cargo transportation, and find out whether the wagon suits for people to stay for a long time. The number of security officers for cargo protection is being determined (depending on the type of cargo, condition of its protection and the transportation time).
The cargo transported by water is protected using the same scheme as when transported by car or train. The cargo protection system on ship is arranged similarly to that of round-the-clock protection of the non-moving object.
