The Security Companies Association “BEZPEKA NOVA” was founded in 2005. The board of directors of the Security Companies Association “BEZPEKA NOVA” sets the following missions:

  • To assure protection of business entity objects against criminal offences.
  • To eliminate or minimize impact of the other security threats, preventing the business entity objects from their ordinary functioning and development.
  • To determine the main tendencies of single technical policy and ways of its implementation at the sites.
  • To arrange efficient expenditure of financial assets on the basis of optimization studies of providing security protection.

    Managerial personnel of the company is represented by professionals who have extensive experience of working in the branches of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, State Protection Service of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as well as in Armed Forces of Ukraine; this aspect having an essential impact on quality of the rendered security services, on the approach to fulfillment of the tasks set by the customer, on the process of recruitment and staff training, quality of the security services control procedure.

    • The Security Companies Association “BEZPEKA NOVA” is one of the few firms concluding the Security Services Contract with obligatory liability for damage.
    During the period of our company’s activity we have established firm partnership with many enterprises of various patterns of ownership and economic activity directly in Kryvyi Rih and also in Dnipropetrovsk region and outside of its territory, which is proved by the feedback of our regular customers. At present, our company provides security services for more than 500 objects of various patterns of economic activity and ownership.
    During the period of our company’s existence there have been no felonious takings and company’s activity disturbances at the protected sites. It is achieved owing to well-managed protection actions, selection of high skilled security staff, close cooperation with local Bodies of the Internal Affairs.
    The Security Companies Association “BEZPEKA NOVA” is a structural subdivision of “Sicheslavske Kozatstvo Zaporozke” that was created with view to revive Cossacks’ traditions (discipline, moral values, strength and capability to be well-organised, readiness for mutual assistance in the battle with any rival). Being the members of this Cossacks’ organisation, personnel of the company is able to maintain public order at the sites by using specific personal defence equipment. In order to provide security services of high quality, the recruitment is carried out using the following criteria:

  • Age from 20 to 45 years.
  • Urgent Service in the Armed Forces passed.
  • Clean record, no registration in the internal affairs bodies.
  • Compulsory medical examination, absence of contraindications.
  • Compulsory education of security guards with assignment of corresponding qualification, and also presence of the certificate confirming that the employee has passed a corresponding curriculum in the specialised educational centre.


    • Staff of the security company is provided with communication means, special uniform, personal protective and offensive defence equipment.
    All security staff’s actions subject strictly to the laws of Ukraine, as well as to the Post Descriptions, designed by the Security Companies Association “BEZPEKA NOVA” and agreed upon with the customer.
    Employees of the Security Companies Association are professionals who are able to set out the priorities in their work and to put them into action efficiently. We develop our own technologies of the security sphere, summing up and analyzing the experience of Ukrainian and foreign security agencies as well as that of State Law Enforcement Bodies.
